Sir ,i have lymph node tuberculsis .prescribed by rcinex 600 ,cmbutol and pyrazinamide .dctor told taken the medicine at mrning and take food after 1 hour. i am taking medicine properly but not at time 7 to 10 am and take food ater 2 -3 hour . is it ok or not ? any chanes of mdr tb or not .please suggest me sir.

You can have food after 2-3 hours no problem ,MDR TB is seen in default patients ,chances are less if you take complete course of treatment at regular timings without default
