Should I worry about an enlarged lymph nodes on either side of neck, seems mandibular glands, they are painless and very mobile, I have very bad teeth. They have been enlarged for a month

Enlarged multiple lymph can be due to teeth, throat, pharynx infection or inflammation. Size of lymph node is important and to confirm it need USG and FNAC of the nose.
