Lymph nodes problem
Doctor suggested usg of neck where they have found bilateral fatty hilum on lymph nodes and it's size is greather than 1 cm. My father is suffering from voice change due to overuse of voice and loss of hearing. Now doctor is saying to do FNAC test. But after 3 days of antibiotics lymph nodes getting smaller. What is happening??
If there is voice change,how long it has been there?
Any difficulty in swallowing food, weight loss, breathing problems?
Any smoking history.

If a teeth carries or ulcer or pharyngitis is there ,even then lymph node enlargement will be there
