Lymph node tuberculosis

I have lymphnode tuberculosis on my neck left side. I am under anti tuberculosis treatment with 1st lane of drugs and with Streptomycine injection from 2 months. My neck swelling is shifted from top to bottom on neck after using drugs. Why it shifted? What it means?

sometime new nodes come up on treatment and  it may only mean your condition is improving. Sometimes this could be a sign of treatment failure. Pase approach a good pulmonologist to discuss it out further.
