My son is of 9yrs . he is suffering from cough since 28 days ...he was also suffering from fever for 14..15 days ..he is also having a lymph gland on his neck u der the ear on his left side ...his ct scan reports ...chest xray ...fnac test ...montex reports are normal ...only his infection in increased ..which is 100 ..we are not able to find the disease ..please guide us

He seems to be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat and respiratory tract infection in this season. It is common to have multiple small painless lymph nodes in the neck during such infections. You need to consult nearby experienced Paediatrician to identify cause for your son's fever and cough. You need not worry about lymph node
