Poor urine flow since 8 months urgency sincs 8 months pain in buttocks since 8 months tried all alpha blockers and anticholinergics but go no relief. Do i need bladder neck incision or should i wait.

Diagnosis is primary bladder neck obstruction or chronic prostatitis You should not undergo any surgical procedure/bladder neck incision except cystoscopy
