Nodular opacities can be due to infection,inflammation, malignancy..depending on the location like peribronchovascular or centrilobular or random...can get a clue... Reticulations also be due to causes like interstitial lung diseases With a proper history and CT films ,conclusion can be obtained towards diagnosis.
Next Steps
obtain CT films and give detailed history like prior complaints, prior x ray or CT films, and any history of recent infections

It needs to be evaluated based on your symptoms. On CT, Nodular opacities bilaterally could mean infection or any other granulomatous disease. We need to evaluate based on your symptoms, as it could mean just a simple infection or something else. As it is bilateral, a component of immunosupression should also be considered like diabetes.
