Sir, i take ecosprin 75mg Single dose for first aid purpose because my bp 160/90. Ecosprin create any lung bleeding or any issues in lung?

Ecospirin is not the primary treatment for BP. Do you have any underlying lung cobdition like bronchiectasis .Any previous history of blood in the sputum
