I had one lump under my ear (behind the jaws ) since last 1 month.One night i had sever pain The ENT surgeon has given me Azithromycin , the size of lump and pain get reduced. but since last one week the lump is getting bigger in size,the lump is painless itself but the ear lobe has little swelling and pain..I am worried...
