Lumps on testicals
From last few years I have noticed I have 4-5 medium size lumps on my testicals, they dont pain or burst after hell lot of pressure.
It looks ugly i tried to puncture with a niddle a year back but it didn't work either.

it could be steatocystoma multiplex scrotum. this requires surgical removal.
