My husband is having lumps inside eyelids as attached. What should we do ? Are there any concerns? These lumps are coming and going repeatedly . Doing hot compression on lumps . Why they are reoccurring?

Most likely they are chalazions. They are not very concerning. Kindly get online or offline consultation for evaluation. Keep eyes and hands clean Lid Hygeine with baby shampoo helps prevent recurrence
