I h..ad lumps in my hands and back.these were noticed 3/years back and were not paining.now they give pain some time..please suggest to whom to consult

from what you say,  it may be lipomas,  ofcourse you have to be seen in person for proper examination and diagnosis... consult a General or Plastic Surgeon nearby....
