I noticed 2 weeks ago a small lump, about the size of a pea under the skin of my right butt cheek, near the area that connects with my thigh. Its hard to the touch and rather painful, considering pressure is placed upon it anytime I sit down, there's some darkish red discoloration on the skin, i don't believe cryst in
