I trimmed all my genetial hair with trimmer and had sex the very same day with my girlfriend. And that night i found a big, a bit hard kidney bean lump on the left part of my inner thigh. And it is paining slightly when i press it a bit. What it can be?

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  I appreciate that you have tried to attach a picture but sorry to say that nothing is visible in the picture.  Can't make out anything.
