Lump on Biceps

Hi Practo Team, A small lemon sized lump has been formed below my Right biceps inside the skin.I would like to know what is it and how it can be treated for curing . The lump is been around two months and I was normal all these days while doing regular works and playing but now the pain is high from yesterday. Need your valuable solution.
