Lump near scrotum

Hello, I just noticed a peanut sized lump on the joint of my Right side scrotum and leg. It is slightly painful. No heavy pain. I did not notice the lump before and started noticing it today itself. Please suggest. Thanks

Consult Doctor. Do ultrasonography of scrotum
