I have had this weird lump near my elbow, on the inside of the l upper arm, now for a few years. It's about 1cm in diameter. Barely visible from the outside. When I touch it, it's slightly firm but doesn't hurt unless is press harder. It seems to be circular and can almost flip upside down if I try to. Should I be concerned?
