Lump near anal opening.

I have 2-3 lumps near my anal opening. They are inside the anus and not much painful but i am worried of anal cancer

Hi, great u sensed something not good at ur anus its fine but relax mostly it may ext or int piles but if any past history of anal bleeding is there or not n any altered motion habits need to be taken consideration so plz feel free to consult ur family Dr 1st or AYURVEDIC Ksharsutra expert or surgeon nr by u, till have just warm buttermilk with cumin seeds n ova for 7days
