Lump inside eyebrows

Hello, Noticed that there is a lump like tissue growing inside left eyebrow in my 9year old daughter . Could you please share the nature and diagnosis of this issue ? Did some warm compresses, but not effective !

Image quality of internal lesion is not clear. from outside it appears like a chalazion, but it could be a pyogenic granuloma as well. more clear image of the lesion is required for a confirmatory daignosis.

It is a CHALAGION.The Zeiss glad,which secrets mucoid material for lubrication needed for the frequent movements,exists in the lids.The defunct gland's excretion is obstructed causing collection of mucoid material collected in the gland causing swelling in the lid.It does not give pain or discomfort .It is of cosmetic value.It needs a small surgical procedure.
Next Steps
Once it  becomes a little big it is to be incised.

Better if one  undergo refaction test and if necessary one has to use glasses in addition to occular heigene.

It's called chalazion. It's occurs due accumulation of secretions inside a blocked duct. Only warm compressor is helpful otherwise you need minimal surgery

Chalazion Warm compression will help. If swelling still  persists needs incision and curattege . Visit nearby ophthalmologist for same.
