Hello sir, I am having these kind of lump in both of my testis I have uploaded the pic from 2 years but from past 1-2 month I having pain in groin area and legs and weird feeling in my stomach and in chest. I had epidido-orchitis in one testis 3 year ago and when swelling got normal , lump was left on one testis but after 6-7 months other testis also started having lump.They are more prominent during sex or excitement and feels very hard , and normally they not that much visible but I can feel them.I also went to a dr 1 year ago , but he didn't do ultrasound and gave antibiotics and pain medicine without physical examination.I am very worried and during lockdown not all ultrasound and testing centre in my town is shut.What should I do? Please help
