Lump in submandibular region
Small hard lump/mass (initially painless) in submandibular region, slight round bulges in surrounding area (painful when pressed).
Accompanied by pain in left shoulder (trapezius), left TMJ, left SCM, left side of the neck, left temples, left sinuses, left half of the head on the back.
Also swollen vessels in the left carotid artery region. Altogether inflamed as a result of speech and mastication. Prohibiting the same.
Lately started hurting while swallowing.
