I am an 26 yo male and when ever i masturbate or get an erection for long hours there is sort of fluid build up in between prepuce and penile shaft for some times which is movable in lower right side and then after 1-2 hours it becomes completely normal. My veins have also become very visible which were not so visible in past. There is no redness or itchiness.
