I have a lump in front of my anal opening its attached to skin is larger than pea size and irregular in shape from past 7-8 yrs it is not painful no discharge no symptoms now I am 24 plz tell me what it is? 4 days back after passing a hard stool it became painful along with anal opening and pains only during passing of stool or when that area is stretched it is not painful otherwise. Should I be scared of something????

It could be anal skin tag secondary to anal fissure
