I am 14 yrs old boy and I have suddenly observed a lump in my chest just 3 months back. It is round and its just inside my nipple . It pains when pressed.Is it a serious problem?I am very worried.

HELLO, CONSULT A GENERAL SURGEON. PAINFUL LUMP SEEMS TO BE GYNACOMASTIA??? PAIN CAN DECREASE BY TAB SIGMOFALM HALF  TAB THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. OK.
