Hi Dr, My wife is doing brest Feeding for our twins from last 3 months. A lump is formed in her brest. Suggestion on medication. She had taken lactonic powder - 2 jar in last 2 months but stopped now few weeks back.

Wait for a few days this lump should dissolve on its own ,as it might be due to milk coagulation,or high prolactin levels.
