There is a lump in the right breast which is smooth painless and easy to move around. Periods have not occured since July 2020. Age is 18 years. Can the two conditions be related? What should I do?

Breast lump could be fibroadenoma of the breast.  USG breast has to be done ti confirm the diagnosis and may require a  FNAC of the lump. If periods are delayed by 4 months and there is no chance of pregnancy, deviry tablet to be taken. Weight reduction to be done.
