Lump at jawline

I have a small pea sized moveable lump on the left cheek at the jawline. It is not visible from outside but on touching I can feel it and it moves above and below the jawline. I noticed it about 3 years ago. Its almost constant in size and causes no pain. For locating i have attached the picture with the finger pointing to the location. Is it something serious? I am worried about it. What is it and what do to next? Please help

Likely to be a reactive lymph node.. Probably due to infection.. Please consult online for further evaluation and treatment
