My mother age is 53 and she is suffering from a temporary lump allergies which comes and goes out automatically with in hour to 2 hours hours is it any big issue or a normal phase it mainly occurs in face head and in back

It seems she is having urticaria. There are many reasons which can cause this reaction so better consult a dermatologist as she will require some blood test to be done to find the cause.
