Everything was fine until one day when I got hit with a tennis ball on left testicle while playing. I was down for the next 2-3 mins holding down for the pain to ease. I applied Ice pack on rectum & after a day I observed a lump with no pain above my left testicle which never was. Please advice I am really worried.

Hello der blood accumulation hydrocoele or varicocoele should be ruled out consult surgeon for further evaluation and treatment.
