Lumber spine disease

I am a pesient of lumber sipine disease. My l5s1 disk is degenerate and first pain feel in right leg. Then I go to cmch, vellore and get some exercise and completely my pain was removed, after 1 year I feel pain in both leg and also pain in back portion . What is the suggestion for me.
