Hello doctor I'm suffering from chronic hoarseness,cough and often throat clearing that's why I feel like I have lpr.

It is best for someone to examine you first and then provide with the necessary treatment. In the meantime, avoid using your voice too much. Drink atleast 3 litres of water per day. Avoid colas, oily, spicy and fried food. Lie down atleast 2 hours after meals. Make sure your mealtimes are regular.   Small meals at frequent intervals.
