Lower stomach pain, vaginal cramps

I've been experiencing vaginal pains/cramps for about two weeks now. Light spotting maybe discharge. Also today I noticed some type mass next to my vaginal opening. Should I go to er or wait until Monday to see PCP

Hi good evening Thnxs for your question I think u should consult Gynecologist for further treatment plan complete examination is necessary to diagnose problem
