I have had an uncomfortable feeling in my lower right abdomen during sex for about two weeks. For the past two days, I also have pain in my lower right abdomen from stretching, flexing, coughing, etc. I also have had spotting in between periods.

Might be you have got vaginal infection or urinary tract infection.For urinary infection consult get done urine examination and check up with doctor.ultrasonography get done to rule out any appendicitis problem.
