Today is my second day since I've got my lower teeth braces. And the inside of my lower lip is hurting and irritating me terribly.

Apply a bit of vaseline onto the brackets and on your lip just for the time sake and to prevent any potential laceration of the lip and contact your orthodontist to remove the sharpness from the brackets or the arch wire.
