as u have pain over both lower legs and thighs the possibility of lower spine and disc related problems (MRI LS spine) should be ruled out...DOPPLER (arterial and venous) to be done to rule out arterial and venous cause...

It's usually due to calcium, VitD and nutritional deficiencies Please do CBC, calcium, VitD test and start some multivitamins with calcium and D for one week and get them adjusted according to results
