Lower body flexibility

I feel I have a poor lower body flexibility. When I try to sit cross-legged on the floor, I find it extremely difficult; my knees and lower back starts paining after a while. It seems I will fall backward. Secondly, the right leg is more stiff than the left leg. I hope physiotherapists here can offer some advice.

Hi Yes you need physitherapyay for strengthening back exercises and muscle stretching exercises.
