Lower Backpain and muscle cramp

Hi, i am 18 weeks pregnant and I have huge lower backpain and muscle cramp. Lower backpain and right leg pain, if I sit, sleep and need to move so I can't move and unable to put my own weight on my right leg as it is paining badly,if I sneeze or cough then I feel pain in my lower back and right leg badly. Please help and suggest.
