Lower back pain some buttock region

Lower back pain including some buttock region. Pain after running and during bending. I think its muscle fracture or ligament sprain/weakness. I have to go gor a training in paramilitary forces. please prescribe me some treatment so that i get fit for my training.

It may be a disc bulge or ligament sprain or may be because of myofascial pain. You need to get it evaluated from Physiotherapist and take the appropriate treatment accordingly
