Lower back pain nd rightside didnt sleep

I had lower backpain nd side also. last 10days in night i couldnt sleep properly. I had doubt maybe its realated to kidney problems. I had blood test urine analysis tested. Total wbc is 12200. Bloodurea is 25.25.8mg. Serium creatine is. 7mg pls give ur opinion about my doubts.
