I have lower back pain that relieves after bowel movement. Also I have bump near anus and pus discharge occasionally. Anus is always wet and itchy sometimes. Also feeling burning sensation in anus after bowel movement

Hello , I do understand your query. Looks like your symptoms may be suggestive of plain fistula in ano to crohns disease ,the treatment varies . Do get it examined by a doctor . Any further queries ,do contact . Will be happy to help . Regards
