I have a pain in my lower back... So I can't sleep properly. it's make me change my sleeping positions always.. what should I do to get out of this pain...

What work do u do? R u taking any medication? Do u take any calcium supplments? Since how many days ur facing it.. Need proper information for further treatment consult me online... Don't neglect though it is not complicated get ur prblm solved before it turns out big
