I have a issue with lower back (pain)from 1 year.when I carry and pick weight,forward bending,sitting down it's increase a lot.i can't these type of work where I have to bend my body . what I can do?
You need to work out and strengthen your core muscles more... And engage the legs and abdomen muscles than your back muscles when you lift weight or move around ... If that doesn't solve the problem we might need to think of some neurological problem which is rare as such
