1- Have you got any investigation done like MRI for your lower back ?? Any blood test

2- Do you sit for long ?? If yes then please try to take micro breaks in between just take a stroll around your room. Avoid sitting on soft surface, try sitting on hard surface like plastic or wooden chair.
3- You need to start doing back strengthening & core stability exercises so that your muscles become strong for all the exercises you should visit your near physio & please before consulting a physio get your MRI done so that the physio gets a clear picture and can design exercise protocol accordingly.
4- Wear soft sole shoes like sports shoes or formal that have good cushion in it. You select brands like sketchers, Clark’s , hush puppies.
5. Do hot fermentation specially moist one with hot towel.
