Lower back and abdomen pain

When I try to walk erect or bend a little back there is an impulse of pain. Generally every other step. Background pain feeling(not pin pointed but its present) when sitting. But impulse, pointed when walking. Also when pressed on lower right abdomen, I feel the pain. Dont know if this is back ache problem, gastro related or any type of hernia.
