Lower abdominal pain just after periods

I am getting lower abdominal pain since today morning. Till yesterday i had my periods. But today no spotting but getting pain from lower abdomen side. Started with right side and later from entire lower side. Its not frequently coming but since morning 4-5 times faced it so far. Feeling bowl presure as well along with that.

Mild pain is common after menstruation . It's like spasmodic pain . Tenesmus is also present some times
