Lower abdomen pain

Hi, I am having a pain in my lower abdomen at left side since today morning while walking and in the time of moving my legs. In a few days i will be having my periods. So it is related to that or is there nay other issue.?

There is a possibility of ovarian pain/ureteric colic or even colitis....need to to do one ultrasound...
