For the past few months I have had searing pain on either sides of my lower abdomen. Everytime I cough it hurts. I play basketball and it stops me from moving comfortably. I used to be able to perform a full split until recently but because of this pain, even if I slip a little it hurts on either sides of my groin.

Get physical clinical examination done by a general surgeon in locality to look for groin abnormality/thickness of spermatic chord/any incipient hernia or swelling along with urine examination routine and microscopic
