Lower abdomen pain,back cramps

I'm having stomachache sometimes lower abdominal pain on either side at a time and it is also accompanied by back cramps...all this problem has started after taking I-pill,irregular bleeding is also adding loads to my problems...it has been 10 days since I took the pill,what should I do now
