Pain in lower abdomen and back side below spinal cord. Pain in legs below knees. Bleeding during periods is from One and a half to two days max.

You should do an ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis to know the cause of pain. Also do Vit D levels , if it is low, start supplements and leg pain will improve
