Am i pregnant or not? Anterverted normal size measuring 5.7 * 2.8 cm Normal in shape and echotexture. Endometrium central measuring 0.4 cm No free fluid is seen in cul-de-sac Right Ovary : 3.0 * 2.2 cm Left Ovary : 3.6 * 2.0 cm Cyst with internal echoes measuring 1.6*1.4 cm in left ovary maybe haemarhagic/endometriotic cyst right ovary normal size

No this s a normal scan..you are not pregnant.. However there s haemorrhagic or endometriotic cyst... You need to get it sorted out..only then you ll hv  increased chances of conception..
